I was just amazed that you hadn't trotted out all the usual classes of people that you seem to feel are inferior to yourself. You do it on such a regular basis that I was surprised to see you leave a few out.

Let's see: Got a job? Damn, I haven't seen that chestnut in a while. You still have that problem with thinking homemakers are somehow worth less than people who work outside the home?

I suppose it goes hand in hand with someone who supports a yellow spined bastard like the deserter in chief who's too scared to so much as face his detractors. I wouldn't have thought the most powerful man on the planet would run whimpering from a mere film.

I don't have a problem with homemakers, any man or woman who chooses to stay home, take care of the house and raise a family gets all my respect.

I have a big problem with losers who claim mental disability and live off my tax dollars. You know, someone like you.

Now this is interesting. Where did you come up with any of the misinformation above? You been taking lessons from O?Reilly and are just making stuff up on the fly?

Why would you think that someone who has a mental disability is a loser? I suppose we should just round up all the people out there with down syndrome and march ?em into the nearest gas chamber, damned leaches on society that they are. I seem to remember someone else had that idea but it didn?t work out for logistical reasons. Oh yeah, he shot his own ass in a bunker somewhere. Now there?s a thought for ya.

Somehow, I'm guessing that they'll come up missing like mr "dress up like a soldier" george w. bush's records have so convienently done time and time again. Or more likely, if you send anything, that you'll just pen them yourself ala newsmax.

remember we were discussing accuracy a few weeks back....

I still haven't seen it, so this is qualified with an asterisk to that effect. But the story I read is that, in the movie, he shows a headline from a Bloomington, Illinois newspaper that said a recount of the votes showed Gore won in Florida. But I'm hearing that the newspaper has asked Moore for a retraction because they never actually ran that headline, and that it was the byline of a letter to the editor which only reflected the opinion of the letter writer.

Now, like I said, I don't know if that's accurate, but if it is.....well, if true, it's inexcusable, and it's things like that which can destroy credibility. Thoughts?

Don't know what to make of it yet to be honsest. I'm waiting to hear more before I comment though as the only stories out there track back to one or two sources.

I faintly remember a headline in the film but if memory serves it came and went quickly and I don't remember how it was presented nor what moore was trying to say with it.

If you have any links to responses to the paper's complaint please post them.
